The following are the most frequently asked questions we receive. If your question is not answered here, contact us for more info.

Q: Why don’t your leased property listings include the rent and deposit amounts, interior photos, and full property details?

A:  We have a high lease renewal rate, with some tenants staying in their homes for over 3 years (and counting!).  We want the information we provide on this site to be as current and accurate as possible.  To avoid posts with outdated lease and property information, we only publish rent/deposit amounts, photos, and full details when a property is actively available.

 

Q: I am interested in a property that is leased. Would you send me the photos and details for that property?

A:  No, sorry.  We do not publish or release interior photos and details until a property is available for rent.

 

Q: How can I be notified when one of your properties becomes available?

A:  When one of our properties becomes available, we update this website and post on our Facebook page. We may also activate a listing on third-party sites such as Zillow, Trulia, etc.  Properties lease very quickly!

 

Q: I am a property owner looking for someone to manage my property. Can you help?

A:  Not at this time.  We believe that attentive, responsive management is vital to successful landlord-tenant relationships.  Due to demands of our businesses that would compete with our ability to give your property the attention it deserves, we are not accepting other properties for management at this time.
